Ethiopia - Banko Gotiti Yirgacheffe

On a scale of yummy to tasty, this Ethiopia is a solid delish.  This coffee is Sweet & Smooth, with a touch flora and funky wine like fermented notes.  We like to brew it on Pourover & Chemex, but a simple Drip would be killer too.
