The Weber Workshops EG-1 Mk.3 is the grinder that serious home baristas eventually stop looking past. It's built around 80mm magnetically mounted flat burrs, variable RPM control, and 5-micron stepped adjustment; it covers the full range from Turkish to coarse filter and moves between settings without the need to purge, recalibrate, or waste coffee. This is a single-dose grinder engineered from the burrs outward, and for home baristas who are done upgrading. 

The EG-1 ships with your choice of two burr sets. The CORE set handles everything from espresso to pour-over, while the ULTRA set (SSP) is built for maximum clarity in pour-over and filter brewing. Variable speed from 100 to 1,500 RPM with real-time PID gives you full control over any coffee profile, and retention stays under 0.1g, so the dose you weigh in is the dose you get out.
