ECM Exacto Espresso Grinder

The Exacto solves the problem that every time-based grinder faces: reliability. Your beans naturally change day to day, and your coffee releases CO₂. Other changes, like roast level, moisture, and how much coffee remains in the hopper, all affect how much coffee comes out in a fixed number of seconds. While the Exacto cannot dial in for you (one day, we hope), it eliminates this significant variable in your workflow. The Exacto's integrated scale measures the ground coffee accurately and stops when it hits your programmed weight, so an 18-gram dose is 18 grams, every single time. 

Three operating modes cover any workflow style. If you don't want the GBW setting, you can take the old-school approach and use the grind-by-time setting, or even opt for full manual grind control. The touch display makes switching between them a single tap, and stepless digital grind adjustment lets you fine-tune to infinity without losing your grind setting.

Underneath the frame,  this is recognizably ECM. 64mm flat burrs work in tandem with a direct-drive motor to give you incredibly even extractions. As bonuses, they added vibration-damped construction and a body engineered to pull heat away from the burrs, so your coffee's flavor profile doesn't shift from shot to shot. Maintenance is straightforward: the upper burr lifts out, and the coffee chute removes without tools.
